This project posed some very difficult estimating opportunities. The development center was housed inside an existing building requiring extensive renovation work along with new construction. This project required creative design elements in accordance with the clients requests, this lead to a very distinct architectural flair exhibited by Brummel Architectural Group, the project was bid on a competitive basis and came within the clients proposed budget of 7%. Value management became a focal point in keeping the conceptual budget within the parameters of the original estimate proposed by the client.
